My Fast Everyday MakeUp Look

I've had a couple of people ask me what i do when i don't really have time for a full face of makeup (and lets be honest we can't always be bothered with it!)



This is my 'Go to' Look

Layer of BB cream and foundation

For me my skin looking good is of up most importance. I am blessed with good skin on my face but that doesn't mean i don't have to take care of it (please check out my skincare post for details on my skin care routine)

I start with a base of Urban Decay's Beauty Balm. This product is expensive and i think any tinted moisturizer would do just as good a job (if not better.) Then i use a lightweight foundation - Bed Head whipped foundation gives a soft pale cover for me. I got this in TKmax for around £2.99 so keep your eyes peeled!



MUA undress me too £4

 My eyeshadow is nude - i use no primer and just apply natural colours which blend easily. This MUA palette is one i have in my collection - i wouldn't recommend it - as much as the colours are OK, they do not hold as well as some and they are powdery - Its my 'go to' as i just want to use it up! I would recommend a MakeUp Revolution palette such as Iconic 1 - same price, 100x better quality! Or if you want to spend a little more - Sleek Au Naturel £7.99 which is lovely.





Finish eyes with my basic mascara Super Volume £10 (on top
lashes only)

With such a naked skin and face i tend to go for a brighter blusher - One of my all time favourites is the NYX mosaic blush in 'Paradise.' £3.95. It is such a pretty vibrant colour and it just sets your face and skin alight.






Finally a lipstick - I have a large range of NYX Diamond sparkle lippies £2.95- today i was feeling a little braver so i choose Amber which is a slightly darker pink than normal. I think it worked well. A lot of the time i simple use a lip balm, tint or vaseline - it really is whatever is easiest and suits my mood!

The most important thing about your everyday look is to customise it to your tastes. It has to be a look you feel you can achieve in rush. Use products you love and that work for you (especially with BB and foundation).
